An outstanding experience from beginning to end! Universal’s Endless Summer Resort exceeded all my expectations. The service was exceptional, the parking was convenient, and the technology used to enter and exit the property made everything incredibly easy. The front desk team was amazing. They gave me several room-location options, including different floors and whether I preferred to be close to or away from the elevators. They patiently explained everything I needed to know and made the entire check-in process effortless. The concierge team was equally helpful and assisted me with retrieving the park tickets I had already purchased. The room was comfortable and had a spectacular view. Most importantly, every employee treated me with genuine kindness, professionalism, and respect. This is exactly how guests deserve to be treated. I have nothing but praise for the entire team and would absolutely recommend this resort. I will definitely stay here again!

​We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Universal's Endless Summer Resort! The rooms were perfect for us, providing excellent separate space for the adults to unwind while still keeping the whole family comfortable. ​From the very beginning, the experience was seamless—check-in was incredibly easy, and the parking setup was highly convenient. When we weren't at the parks, the pool and the excellent food court options made it incredibly easy to enjoy some downtime and just relax at the hotel. Everything about the resort made our trip smoother and more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

My family of 3 (myself and two children) stayed here in May for 2 weeks. It was a fantastic stay. The Pier Market was pricey but still extremely convenient and had tasty options. We went down there multiple times every single day. The 2 room suite was perfect for us. It was very clean and comfortable. WiFi was great. Pool was great. We go to Orlando almost every year so this will definitely be our hotel of choice now.

I stayed a little over a week at Endless summer dockside. I will never return for a number of reasons. Firstly we were hit with a surprise daily charge for parking that added almost $200 to our bill. The "restaurant" advertised was a very overpriced cafeteria. The rooms were clean which was great but they were not comfortable. The queen bed felt small and hard. The air was either freezing or too warm. There was no way to get it to a medium temperature. The walls were so thin it was hard to sleep with all the noice of people simply talking, much less those that were being louder. I found staff to be mostly rude. One cleaner kept demanding to come in while we were in the room resting after a day out. The check in person couldn't be bothered to give basic directions to our parking garage and we also received massive attitude from the ticket area when trying to purchase a pass. I did enjoy the pool but that was about it.
